The announcement was made through a post on the authority&#8217;s official Facebook page on June 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/incentive-scheme-sector-v-dha-multan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Multan announces incentive scheme for Sector V<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details, Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani has announced the following updates in the transfer process at DHA Multan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Waiver of Urgent NDC Fee, with guaranteed NDC approval within 24 hours and no charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction of the Executive Transfer Fee from PKR 80,000 to PKR 50,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decrease of the Special first-day urgent fee from PKR 50,000 to PKR 30,000, and waiver of all other Urgent Transfer fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extension of the Open Transfer validity period from 90 days to 120 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The administration reaffirmed its commitment to developing a self-contained housing society and emphasized its diligent progress in infrastructure development, as well as the implementation of customer-centric policies for the benefit of valued members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dha-multan-incentive-scheme.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Multan extends deadline for availing incentive scheme on plots, villas<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another development, DHA Multan announced an extension of the surcharge waiver scheme for all plot and villa categories, also through its official Facebook page on June 8. According to the details, the Surcharge Incentive Scheme has been extended until June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The administration urged esteemed members to clear their overdue instalments by the deadline to enjoy a 100% surcharge waiver. It was also mentioned that surcharges paid by owners would be adjusted upon full payment of pending dues.
