A preliminary concept paper has been prepared by the Planning Wing, but senior officers emphasized the need for engaging a consultant to conduct a detailed feasibility study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the preliminary plans have identified four possible routes for the LRT system. These routes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 30.5-kilometre stretch from Rawat to Faisal Mosque along Islamabad Expressway and Faisal Avenue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 13.7-kilometre route from N5 (G.T. Road) to Pakistan Monument via Srinagar Highway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 27.5-kilometre route from Rawat (T-Chowk) to 26 No Stop on G.T.
