The proceedings were overseen by members of the auction committee, including Finance Director, LDA Avenue One Director, Housing X Director, and other relevant officials. During the operation, over 16 shops, including prominent brands, restaurants, food outlets, plazas, and other commercial properties, were demolished, while 12 shops were sealed. Despite receiving multiple notices to remove encroachments, the violators failed to comply.
