{"id":94118,"date":"2023-07-07T13:00:22","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T08:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/?p=94118"},"modified":"2023-07-07T13:00:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T08:00:24","slug":"sbp-reserves-increase-to-usd-4-5-bn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sbp-reserves-increase-to-usd-4-5-bn.html","title":{"rendered":"SBP\u2019s reserves soar to USD 4.5 bn; data released"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Islamabad: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) shared that the foreign exchange reserves experienced a significant increase for the second consecutive week, according to news published on July 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sbp-interest-rate-300-bps.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SBP hikes interest rate by 300 bps, highest in 3 decades<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details, the SBP highlighted that as of June 30, its foreign currency reserves stood at USD 4.462 billion, reflecting a rise of USD 392 million in comparison to the previous week&#8217;s figure of USD 4.070 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall liquid foreign currency reserves, including those held by banks other than the SBP, reached USD 9.744 billion, marking a USD 403 million rise compared to the previous week.
