The engineering wing of CDA disclosed that Railcop&#8217;s bid was accepted, and work orders would be issued after the bid evaluation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project involves the construction of a double barrel underpass near Serena Hotel, and a portion of the existing Srinagar Highway from 7th Avenue Interchange to Serena Chowk will be widened, adding two additional lanes. This includes the contractor finalizing the underpass&#8217;s design before commencing construction.
