Deputy Speaker Durrani emphasized that pending compensation for both sectors should be given based on the current market value of land and houses. The development of G-14 sector is being carried out by FGEHA, while the responsibility for E-12 sector lies with the CDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the discussion in the assembly, Parliamentary Secretary for Housing and Works, Syed Mehmood Shah, informed that the FGEHA had acquired the G-14 sector in 2005, and most landlords had already received compensation. However, around 25% of landlords in one sub-sector of G-14 were creating obstacles, demanding payment according to the current market value.
