The said meeting approved a zero-tolerance policy against encroachments, reflecting the administration\u2019s strong commitment to addressing the issue of unauthorized construction in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kalma-chowk-underpass-cbd-punjab-boulevard-completed.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lahore\u2019s Kalma Chowk Underpass, CBD Punjab Boulevard completed in record time<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the DC issued clear directives to take immediate action against encroachers in specific areas, including Nishtar Road, Gardezi Market, Mumtazabad, and Old Shujabad Road. For this purpose, joint teams were formed to oversee the anti-encroachment drive, comprising officials from the Multan Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, and District Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both permanent and temporary encroachments will be removed as part of this initiative, and the roads will be marked with red colour to serve as a deterrent against any future violations.
