{"id":95005,"date":"2023-09-26T10:47:02","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T05:47:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/?p=95005"},"modified":"2023-09-26T10:48:57","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T05:48:57","slug":"lda-city-plot-owners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-city-plot-owners.html","title":{"rendered":"Civic body makes announcements for LDA City plot owners"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has issued a public notice for LDA City\u2019s 3rd and 4th Ballot plot owners, as per the national dailies on September 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/ecps-letter-refrains-lda-nocs-issuance.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ECP\u2019s letter refrains LDA from NOC issuance to new housing societies<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the issued details, the following announcements regarding the approved payment schedule were made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The collection of development charges against plots allocated in 3rd and 4th ballots started from January 01 and April 04, 2023, respectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The challans for payments of development charges can be downloaded from the LDA website lda.gop.pk or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-features-new-mobile-app.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mobile App<\/a> by entering the respective file numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development charges challans can be deposited in any branch of Allied Bank across the country or online through 1Link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-auction-commercial-properties-gulberg.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA to auction leasing rights to commercial properties in Park &amp; Ride Plaza-Gulberg<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any possible error in the challan form may be corrected by visiting the LDA City Directorate or coordinating through WhatsApp numbers (0318-1414663, 0322-4180550).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the plot owners are requested to deposit Development Charges timely so that possession of plots can be handed over to plot owners after completion of ongoing infrastructure development works without delay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has issued a public notice for LDA City\u2019s 3rd and 4th Ballot plot owners, as per the national dailies on September 23.
