The CDA announced that the final day saw the auctioning of plots specifically designated for fruit, vegetable, and meat shops, each measuring 16.67 square yards, spread across various sectors. Notable transactions included plot# 4 in sector F-8\/4, which was sold for PKR 43.52 million, and plot# 5, which fetched PKR 45.19 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the fruit, vegetable, and meat shop plots# 1, 2, and 3, garnered bids of PKR 19.67 million, PKR 20.34 million, and PKR 29.42 million, respectively. Residential plots were also in high demand, with plot# 1 selling for a substantial PKR 183 million and plot# 6 fetching an impressive PKR 255 million. Moreover, a commercial plot# 7 in the Blue Area, covering 611.11 square yards, was successfully auctioned for a whopping PKR 1.033 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire auction process was meticulously supervised by a committee headed by the Member Estate.
