The administration shared an instructional video on its official Facebook page on November 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dha-gujranwala-offers-incentives-sector-c-g.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Gujranwala announces concession package for owners of Sectors C, G<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the details of the possession process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Submission of Initial Documents<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 possession forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of the allotment letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of CNIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Submission of House Drawing and Soil Test<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit the proposed drawing of your house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a report of the original soil test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Further Documentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have to provide the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demarcation form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOC from Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertaking of own water supply and stacking of material and temporary hut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the paid challan for possession charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopy of drawing approval letter by DHA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertaking for a temporary electric connection in the water supply line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 4: Water and Sewage Connection Application<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit the application form for water and sewage connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the original and photocopy of the paid challan for water and sewerage connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide 2 photographs of the house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include photocopies of the site plan, CNIC, and paid bill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/contract-signing-ceremony-dha-gujranwala.html\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/contract-signing-ceremony-dha-gujranwala.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Gujranwala signs agreement for Icon Mall<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 5: Completion Certificate Application<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit an application to the Director of Building Control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include photographs of the house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide 2 approved drawings on ammonia print<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the original paid challan for the completion certificate fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach photocopies of the paid challan for water and sewerage, DHA letter for water and sewerage connection, and CNIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: The entire process is expected to be completed in 30 days<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has released a step-by-step guide on obtaining possession in Sector C &amp; G.
