Lahore: The auction for tenancy rights to the rooftop restaurant planned at Liberty Park & Ride Plaza is to be held tomorrow (September 25, 2014) at 10 am at the LDA\u2019s community centre in New Muslim Town, Lahore.<\/p>\n
The tenancy rights of this rooftop restaurant located on the 10th floor of Park & Ride Plaza, Liberty Market, Lahore will be auctioned for a period of 10 years. The successful bidder will not pay the site rent for the first 6 months.<\/p>\n
The participants are required to deposit PKR 500,000 in advance. The successful bidder has to pay an amount of PKR 4 million within 7 days of the auction. The starting bid is PKR 60\/square-foot per month.<\/p>\n
The LDA will also auction nine shops in Park n Shop Plaza, Allama Iqbal Town and 21 commercial and residential plots in different housing schemes.<\/p>\n
