This decision emerged during a meeting held via video link, where Federal Secretary of Housing &amp; Works, Dr. Shahzad Bangash, and his team participated from Islamabad. CM Baqar, assisted by Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab, P&amp;D Chairman Shakil Mangnejo, Local Government Secretary Manzoor Shaikh, P&amp;D DG Asad Zamin, and others, presented the Urban Rebuilding Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this plan, high-rise plazas will be constructed on the vacant plots of the mentioned old quarters, which are currently in a dilapidated condition.
