Specifically, the FAR has been elevated from 1:8 to 1:10 for plots ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 yards, and for plots larger than 5000 yards, an FAR of 1:12 has been approved. Moreover, the approval process for building plans now mandates a 25 percent payment of the total amount.
