The launch ceremony took place at the Chief Minister&#8217;s House in Peshawar and was attended by Special Assistant to CM Dr. Amjad Ali, MNA Amjad Khan, MPA Mian Sharafat Ali, and other senior officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hangu Township covers 8,362 kanals and features 10,162 commercial and residential plots of various sizes. Dangram Housing Scheme spans 501 kanals and includes 682 commercial and residential plots. Mega City Nowshera covers 1,750 kanals and has 3,500 plots. Additionally, he announced that plots of 5 marlas will be provided free of cost to the families of government officials and personnel from various forces who were martyred in the line of duty. The Chief Minister also revealed plans for new housing schemes worth PKR 85 billion, which are expected to meet housing demands and create employment opportunities.
