The board approved a revenue target of PKR 91.73 billion and an expenditure estimate of PKR 91.58 billion, resulting in a surplus of PKR 145 million. The budget also includes a mandate for rainwater harvesting systems to be installed in houses, agriculture farms, and residential and commercial units larger than four kanals. To ensure high-quality work in ongoing projects, third-party consultants will verify all work before payments are made to contractors. CDA Chairman Randhawa emphasized that consultants would be held accountable for any deficiencies in quality despite their verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the board approved a health insurance policy for CDA employees, allowing them to receive medical treatment at both CDA Hospital and various private hospitals in the city.
