The project, estimated at PKR 27 billion, will feature modern trams from Finland and China and include a special stop within Gaddafi Stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision was confirmed during a meeting chaired by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif at the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) headquarters. Chief Minister Sharif, along with senior provincial minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and special assistant on political affairs Zeeshan Malik, emphasised the need for the project&#8217;s prompt completion.
