The LDA Citizen Facilitation Centre, also known as the One Window Cell, is now accepting residential building plans through its online portal. In its initial phase, the LDA E-Khidmat Centre has already received 12 plans from private housing schemes, and the respective challans have been issued digitally. The entire processing of these plans, from submission to approval, will be conducted online. During a review at the E-Khidmat Centre, LDA Director General Tahir Farooq praised the online process and emphasised the authority&#8217;s commitment to reducing the time required for the approval of residential building plans.
