The lease for the land in Greater Iqbal Park is set at PKR 30 million annually, while the lease for Jilani Park is PKR 12 million per year. The fun land in Jilani Park will span 10 kanals, and the Greater Iqbal Park location will cover approximately 75,850 square feet. PHA officials have set a completion deadline of 120 days for the selected company.
