Rawalpindi:<\/strong> The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has officially launched an online property transfer system for Rawalpindi Improvement Trust (RIT) schemes, as announced by Director General (DG) Kinza Murtaza on October 7.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per details, this innovative initiative aims to simplify real estate transactions for citizens, making the process more accessible and efficient. DG Murtaza emphasised that residents can now seamlessly transfer properties within RIT schemes online, eliminating the need for cumbersome manual processes. The online platform not only allows for property transfer applications and challans to be completed digitally but also aims to eradicate issues related to the previous manual file system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis reform is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and transparency within the RDA, as directed by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz,\u201d Murtaza stated.
