I saw a Zameen Blog saying American Consulate bought land there and maybe the diplomatic enclave shall also be situated in same area? LRR has been started and passing right through the area. LDA city developers are cancelling files of non paying customers? All these news lead to a good future, in my opinion. Can the seniors shed some light please?

I ALSO HEARD THAT KIND OF NEWS BUT HERE I WANT TO CORRECT YOU, ACTUALLY THEY GAVE ONLY PROPOSAL TO AMERICAN CONSULATE TO BUILD CONSULTE HERE ALONG WITH CHINA AND SAUDI ARABIA. SO THOSE ARE ONLY PROPOSAL. I ALSO HEARD THAT IN MID 2017 THEY ARE ABOUT TO ANNOUNCE ACTUAL SHAPE OF LDA CITY. SO FAR NOTHING… ONLY HOPE BUT INSHALLAH SOON THIS LDA CITY WILL BOOM LIKE DHA… JUST HANG TIGHT
