Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Building Control Director Jamshaid Aftab has declared all projects launched by the WE Group, including QJ Heights, illegal according to a news source. The developer has not acquired an NOC for these projects yet.
Aftab has warned people against investing in these projects. He also mentioned that people should refrain from investing in any housing society or real estate development that has been declared illegal by the RDA. He further stated that the RDA would not be held responsible for financial losses incurred by investing in an unapproved project.
