@Tauseef, If you check news paper Jang, you will find their ad almost on daily basis since the launch of this renamed project. Actually it is relaunch of Khudadad city project. The NOC they have is for Khudadad city from RDA.
Better you visit the site and then take decision. Generally, people are not showing any interest in this project.
