We are a small family planning to rent out an apartment in askari 5, malir cant. Apart from the fact the the place is far from the city, are their any other issues with that locality like crime, water, etc. Which we should be aware of before making the move?
Please guide me in this regard.

It is situated in Cantt area so you can safely forget about crimes, water and electricity issue… I have friends living there and its all good… 3 bed flat will cost you 30-40k p/m
