Investing in unapproved housing projects is no longer considered a wise move. And finding one with all NOCs cleared is a major quest. But Palm City is covered on all ends; it has Lahore Development Authority’s NOC (LDA/DMP-II/581). The authority has also sanctioned the developer, Paramount Associates, to proceed with selling out its inventory.
