Dear forum members i came across a recent ad on olx where some sellers claiming their g14 3 plot is ready for construction. I had been hearing similar rumours on and off for the past year or so but that kept turning out to be just fake claims unfortunately. Does anybody here have any firsthand info if this time the posession actualy has been granted or not? Any info appreciated

Yes it is true there are many Streets in G-14/3 with possession plots and ready for construction.
