I just want to know the roughly estimate of complete painting of 10 Marla house in and out which is around 2300 sq ft.
Please give some idea as I'll be giving contract soon.

What about the exterior facade of the house?
Does it need painting?
Can it be better to do a brick-finish especially if you have brown slanted roofs to give the house a cottage type look? So the walls can have actual bricks not tiles?
What is the downside of bricks on the outer walls? I mean may be it is not strong for long life if there is no cement plaster on the outside?

DSA - is it possible to just leave the bricks outside and somehow do some treatment to make it look beautiful. I mean no plustar and no tiles. Just the original bricks to give a brick finish in a stylish manner?
In rainy season seepage can be on wall inside so you have to do gutkha on the walls which is also like bricks....Or you have to teep the edges and make some chemical treatment to savoid seepage inside during rainy season.
