What will be the cheapest way of building a house in Soan Garden?
Get some1 design,purchase material by yourself,be on project and hire labor on daily wages....If you done as per your desire it will be the cheapest or it can be only compromised....

Brother assign the task of construction to a developer but provide construction material yourself.
And contact different developer to have a better estimate of labour rate.

Hiring labor on daily wages will put you direct in your grave......
E.g labor daily wage is 500 to 800 ... If its a fixed amount contract they will finish asap so they finish work in less days in the amount agreed because doesnt matter how long they take they will only be paid the agrred amount but if on daily wage they will take more time and so more money for them..
Rest you can do the math...
When it comes to labor the best way is to have a contractor thats the one and only best way.
In an 8 marla house you can put 1.25 tons in one roof/lanter and 2.5 it depends how expert your contractor is.by going for the cheapest way of construction which definately does not include not having a contractor.Unless you know A to Z of construction other wise no contractor would never be advisable…
Fully agreed with H–T. Unfortunately most of the labourers will take undue advantage of the daily wages. I have experienced it myself many times. They will then try to do the work of 1 day in 3 days. Labourers in Western countries which are not muslim are more honest than us unfortunately.
