When doing a search most of the ads come up as more than 6 months old and as times goes on this number will increase. It is not useful to keep listings going back more than 6 months and in some cases many years. It is a waste of time. Also it is pointless in having listings where properties are sold. These changes would make it easier to do a search and it would be quicker unless you can do a search using two or more requirements.
