After the government’s announcement of the construction industry’s relief package , several developmental activities have picked up their pace. Recently, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) awarded contracts for LDA City Jinnah Sector. These include contracts for the Packages 1, 4, and 6.
Meanwhile, the development authority has also postponed the LDA City balloting and extended the deadline for submitting down payments. Additionally, the LDA expects to save cost on many of its projects due to the construction sector’s relief package.
It seems like the announcement of the incentive package is positively affecting the development activities in LDA City Jinnah Sector. Hopefully, this positivity would continue.
