The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently announced the possession of Park Enclave plots. During his recent visit to the project site, CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed said that the authority would provide possession of Park Enclave-I plots after Eid-ul-Azha.
He also said that the bridge’s development on the project site was now in its final stages and that the development in the Park Enclave-II would begin after August 10.
On the other hand, the authority has also announced hiring a private company for the purposes of providing security to the residents of Park Enclave as well as those in the adjoining Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) residential project.
All these updates are quite positive. Let’s see if the CDA remains steadfast on these commitments.
