I want to consdtruct 7 marla house in bahria town phase 8.
Double story with basement.
2 rooms and kitchen in ground floor
3 rooms in 2nd floor.
2 rooms in basement floor.
Grade "A" construction.
What will be the estimated cost.?

The best way to know estimated cost is to calculate quantities & cost of materials by yourself or do so by hiring a professional. However in the absence of drawings , below i estimated cost of your house, supposing covered area is 3000sft.
A class structure @ Rs.1500/sft = Rs.45 Lac
A class finishing @Rs.1200/sft = Rs.36Lac
Again it is stated that for exact estimate structural drawings are required.

The clear estimate can only be done by using the drawings however you can think of the cost around the 85 to 90 lac… With basement
