B-17 Islamabad

Hi,

I am doing Phd from Sweden. I am planning to comeback and live in Pakistan in near future. My work place in Pakistan is Engineering University Taxila. I would like to build a house nearby for my own in next 4-5 years. I found B-17 Islamabad as one of the options. It would be nice if someone could share his experience or opinion about this, or any other suggestion. I am looking for a 8-10 Marla plot and my budget is around 25-30 lacs.

Just to be more specific, I am interested to know about B-17 Multi Gardens MPCHS. It would be nice if some one visited block A-B-C and update about current status of development work. Thanks.

Block B: Situated on main GT road. Fully developed and more populated best option in B-17.Families are living.

Block A: Situated on main GT road approx 1.5 KM from B Block entrance towards Taxila. Less populated

Block C: Comparatively away from GT road.Possession of plots is given few months before. Less populated.

Town Planning and development standard of B-17 is v.good. SUI gas available.

  1. B-17/B 10 marla Plot (35 *70 ) at range of 40-to-30 Lacs.
  2. B-17/C 10 marla Plot (35 70 ) at range of 32-to-22 Lacs & 08 marla Plot(3060) at range of 28-to-18.
  3. B-17/A Don't know (lot of Explosion Sounds at near by hills is common).

Suggestion: Brother go for B-17/B 8-marla nice location Plot ur budget is enough. Decide in 3 to 4 months because Prices looks to rise in near future in B-17!

Mushtaque sb you provided useful information. I’d like to know what is the reason that prices at B-17 to rise in near future as you mentioned? There is a huge difference, almost 10lac, in the band in which prices lie. Is it because plots of low prices are in the trench filled-region ?

Dear Brother siraj if u will work in UET taxila then b 17 is the best option for u location wise living wise, u can also consider e block as ur time frame is 3 to 5 years , e block will be develop in that time inshallah so u can get a better size there

Dear IB I believe that there will be no filled plots at B-17, as we know that B-17 Town Planning & Development standard is quite good. But whenever you wanna buy a plot there, ask the B-17 authority about that specific plot filling and also you can easily judge as well.

There is very little chance that B-17 prices reverse, but have more chance to increase, So I suggest to Brother Siraj to buy instead to delay.because his purpose is to built house and he will join Taxila Uni at future, not investment if it increase there will be lost to brother Siraj, He will any way buy at B-17 soon or after.for investment purposes its looks it no.2 position at Zone 2 after F15 & F16.

Don't hesitate in buying in B-17, it will be your nice decision in the end. Location wise it is very close to Taxila as well and Islamabad also. Regards

B-17 is good but don't pay higher price as margalla avenue is delayed
