I have budget of 9 lac and i want to buy 8 Marla plot in B-17. I can buy either membership file (which will be either in e or in f block) or i can buy a plot which is not near to Markaz (some odd location).
Should I proceed with membership file or buy a plot which is on map?
Also cost of membership file is 1650 total (i.e. I have to pay about 7.8 lac now and then installments of 4*220) is this price justified? Also is it safe to invest in membership file?
If its in e block then its a safe investment but those new bookings will take time to develop and possession as they will develop old allotted plots first
Just to be safe i would recommend that you go for plots with possession for you never know where you get landed once the developments are complete
Although for the sake of investment, the membership is not a bad option as the rates are getting higher and higher day by day. But I would not recommend for residence purposes as you are not sure when and where will be this located.
