D-17 is good but B-17 is a bigger BRAND. So ask yourself even if you the quality is the same, which will sell better 'Gul Ahmed' ki Lawn or any other local Lawn?
B-17 much better than D-17 ,Its not because i have investment over there.Go your self and see devolpment standard, then you can easily decide which one is better. After Bahria and DHA , MPCHS is the biggest agent in real estate in Islamabad property.
D-17 is better for residence at the moment. B-17 is good for investment being developing…
For living go for d17. I wasn’t expecting the standards until I visited it a few weeks ago. Its very much populated. I liked the access through farmhouses especially.
