B-17 very huge in size when compared with F-17....
F-17 is more populated with all facilites intact...
Prices in F-17 are less then B Block of B-17....
Access wise F-17 is not preferrable due to congested traffic on FatehJhand-Tarnol Road....
Development standars are pretty same in both...
F-17 has more built up commercial plazas and many are in the pipeline.
Future of both is bright after completion of Tarnol Flyover and Margalla Avenue...
Both have good potential for investment point of view as well as long term investments.

F-17 residents will have to drive under the bridge? They still need to use Fateh Jang Road.

Drive through Fatehjang-Tarnol road is not that painfull, it is actually the RUSH and waiting time at the crossover to Islamabad/ Pindi... So whether going above the bridge or under the bridge, the pupose will be solved for F-17 residents....
B-17 future is more bright than F-17 after completion of Margala Avenue but it takes time
Future of F-17 is normal with the passage of time the un-managed surroundings of F-17 will be more populated.

Brother Khan I observe problem from Tarnol to F-17 patch both side of this patch is unplanned population and it will grow with the passage of time, in current future plans there is no scenario for this patch to be as a double road

You are right, the un-regulated growth can cause problems. But, no one has said that F-17 will be directly benefited from Margalla Avenue/ Kahsmir Highway?

The time constraint for both is almost same from Zone-1.
If B-17 getting an edge of MA, F-17 had nearby interchange access on Motorway.
Tarnol flyover would have equal impact on both F-17 and B-17 (travel time) .
B-17 on main G.T Road, But F-17 can have an interconnection among the nearby societies whereas B-17 interconnection not looking feasible to me.
Value for money F-17 can appreciate more whereas B-17 would only rise further after this MA.
