Bahria Enclave 2

Has Bahria (Islamabad) finished booking for Bahria Enclave 2 and Bahria Agro farm? If not when is the expected time of registration/booking?

What is Bahria Enclave 2 and what is its location?

Booking already closed. Plots are on profit, new booking will be launched soon.

Dear Nasir :

When and for how much size the new booking will be?

Regards

Any idea about the rates the booking was done at?

Is Enclave 2 a different project at some other location or it is just an extension of Bahria Enclave. Can someone please give the current market rates for Enclave 2 (kanal and 10 marla plots). Thanks

No Idea Mr.Khan, also looking forward to it. As per my knowledge, Bahria Enclave Sector C plots on installments is a very good option currently available in Market, they are being developed plus location is final and they are on installments, currently their is less profit/own money, but it will increase plus when Bahria will announce NOC, this will also bring a big jump in BE. Regards,

Actually I am asking about Bahria Enclave 2 and Agro farms, not sector C.

All i gathered from news is that Bahria Enclave 2 was not approved by CDA as it was located within the rawal basin. I don’t know how unapproved land got sold because CDA didn’t issue a NOC notice to bahria

As per my information which I got from one of Bahria Enclave salesman, that B.E phase II will launch soon. B.E started selling plots of phase II but CDA raised issue of NOC..So now Bahria Enclave already started development work in Phase II and also trying for NOC. As soon as they get NOC they will advertise for it and its prices will be highers than B.E phase I...

Does any body know about the possession status of Bahria Enclave 5 & 8 marlas plot. Will it be advisable to invest in B.E 5 or 8 marla plots?

Thanks for your useful suggestion.

Best regards,

Habib ur Rehman

Dont worry if you log on to CDA web site even lot of bahria phases in rawalpindi they dont have NOC from CDA but people are investing blindly, and even getting profit.I think untill malik have good relation with Govt peoples its ok but once they will behind them God knows what will happens with there investments.I dont know how govt is allowing such a large scale business of billions of dolars without NOC and in case of karachi bahria without announcing the location 10 arabs aere in account of bahria.God Bless poor people of Pakistan.

Well Rashid sb. Is rite, but Bahria is now a brand name more better, financially strong and reputable then CDA, RDA or any other Government functionary, just like the private schools, as, they are much better than Government schools. Investment in Bahria Town is safe, whether it is in Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi.

Yes Habib Ur Rehman sb. It is a very good investment, if you can do buy 5 or 8 marla plots in Bahria Enclave.
