Cda website says that bahria enclave does not have noc issued and also the map shown on cda website is different to bahria enclave’s map. Is this a cause of concern? Can this mean that cda can declare bahria enclace an illegal entity in future?
Ahmed bhai, it is already illegal as per CDA as they don't have any NOC from the CDA for BE.
They have got some kind of layout plan approval in the beginning for Sector A, however, since the plan has been changed significantly, therefore, the same was cancelled by CDA, and now BE has not legal approval from the civic body.

We are thinking of buying a plot there but I double minds as Market in BE looks pretty active. I don’t know why BT hasn’t got NOC from cda for it being such a big investment? Don’t make sense.
There are some issues regarding the NOC... BT has tried hard to get NOC, but till now they have not been successful.

Are there any details available about what kind of problems there have been. Are they political or does CDA have genuine objections to Bahrain enclave?
@ahmed bro! This is a formality. Cda made some noise in ghauri town and then all went normal. But they 've alarmed regarding new illegal schemes.
Old ones will not be afected i gues.
