Bahria announced to complete whole project till the end of installments but as soon as installments completed the Bahria administration forgot about their promise and even after 7 months the project is under development and no one knows when it will finish and the customers will get the possession?

Any news regarding the politics side of enclave? Regarding the noc by cda?
I don't see it would be resolved very soon, the project would continue as such, people will forget about the cda ads in few months and then everything will come to normal. Once people will start living there, the prices will get out of range. This is my personal opinion. Thanks

5 Marla Plots Possession dates are being extended, it is due before June 2014, Let's See, as per my knowledge, they have almost cleared the issue and they will be getting NOC soon but they will advertise on a good time. Plus, CDA also haven't given NOC to MPCHS for their project in Zone 4 for Residential Scheme opposite COMSATS, just because if they give NOC to Multi, they have to give NOC to Bahria Enclave as well, as both are in the same zone.
