While normally I shy away from Karachi due to security risk but the latest launch of Bahria has sparked quite an interest in me.
I have done some research but still a little confused on latest Bahria launch in Karachi.
I understand they have or will be launching few towers Opel e.g. And Bahria Town Karachi.
And what I am confused that what is the deal about registration form which is being sold around 180k.
I am an overseas Pakistani how can I buy this form and what happens next, how do I ensure I am buying correct form.
Or should I stay away from this? Thanks

Brother as per investment is concerned,you can buy registration, but if you are sitting far away then the local seller could defraud you. Its better to allot this task some trustworthy relative.
Let Bahria allot them and then buy from open market, that would be safe plus confirm.
