If not DHA then Cantonment board or RDA. So what is the issue?
We do have West ridge, satellite Town, Chaklala Schemes, Peshawar roads good areas, Askaris , etc, are running nicely, may be not be on par with BT and DHA but high on prices.
Bahria town is controlled by retired brass and they will sure keep it at good standards even after MR.
Difficult to understand Sayeein’s point of view that BT is gone if MR gone?
In Karachi societies are being managed on good standards by the residents for decades.

I still think BT is the best place for living and when it gets populated, the prices will sure shoot up just like they are everywhere in Rawalpindi where value addition is matured. Value addition is something which sets the standards, price and status.
My good wishes from the realms of my heart for Gulberg but I never deny a good thing to make my point stronger!

@ sayeein…Sir i have heard about some controversial views regarding land occupied by gulberg that during its purchase there was gross misappropriations plus legality of society is also questioned by one of the famous tv anchor.Since you are much into gulberg,whats your take on it??
This area is Haji Nawaz Khokhar thing and we all know that 100’s Kanal of land scam is in the files.
It was in newspapers that the disputed land is located around the Islamabad highway.
Now time is against MR and may be with DHA as well but when IB and Haji Nawaz Khokhar rendezvous would be explored by any law enforcement agency, people will forget MR/DHA doings!

Last March main I purchase 10 marla with pocession at 43.75 and I'm very satisfied because I know in this budget this is one of the best place.
Or last Friday yaha Wembley ( London Uk ) main 1 gher sy gold or cash lay gay choor .per hamare khushkismati hy kay yaha hamaray muhallay main ap jasa koi Sayinee nahi verna wo be yahe kehta "this place is not safe for living at all"
