Bani Gala/ Chattar Area

The Chattar area, going towards Murree is beautiful and Green.

Are their any feasible developments in the area. I have a budget of around 60-70 lacs for a plot, is 2 Kanal possible? I have heard of judicial. Other option is Bani Gala area, but maybe the security is an issues there?

What about the Simli Dam road area? Anyone with any opinions on that, if someone wants a larger plot, even if its an underdeveloped area.

Bani Galla Chatar is no doubt a beautiful area but you will not found any organized sector there yesterday i was at bani gala infect one of my friend is selling his kanal plot behind main korang road so we were there for a deal that area is beautiful but many issues there like security is a main issue there then u have a kanal plot but street size is 20 feet. Location is very beautiful but its not developed like CDA sectors or pvt housing societies.
