Cda is money hungry at the moment with no money left in its pockets, Some inside sources from cda claim that they have no money for any development and they are announcing new sectors for meeting their internal expenses. Cda has laundered the billions they earned from park enclave. Cda will do same with its upcoming c- sectors and leave these sectors for next three decades in wilderness without any development similar to d-12, e-12, g-14 Infact all the news from cda may be considered as rumors now. The reality is that government of Pakistan has no budget for any development project. They are going to remove all subsidies to generate additional money for their expenses. Do u people really think that government will let Cda use this money for development when they earnestly need money for their own expenses. Projects run on budgets and resources guys not rumours.
Yes, I agree the Civic Agency is in serious need of money at the moment, so, they can go upto any extent of fooling the common people once again…

Yes I agree CDA need money but the due to housing shortage in Islamabad . CDA have to resolve the problem otherwise Islamabad city face same problem likes Karachi and Lahore.The new management are announcing the project and every week a news for new project and update running project.Please see in an other latest news for Margalla avenue

Apart from E 12 cda has delivered all projects. In last decade they have developed I 14, I 15 ,I 11 and D 12. I 15 launched after dha phae 2 extension and bahria phase 9. Atleast cda has land in I 15 while other two projects have no land.I 12 is relatively a new project while park enclave devlopment is started. Last five years was bad because of zardari regime but till 2007 cda was well a head of all.Look at the response of I 15. For C series cda has already taken 8000 kanal of land and land acquisition will be resolved on land sharing basis. Lets hope with new management cda will perform better

In cda development standards of I seeies are not good like I 10 and I 9 but for D 12 after three to four years it wil be like F 11 which has good development standards as well asoutstanding location. Cda carpeted roads and install street light after 50 percent of house constructed.I dont think DHA extension has no land issues. If there is no issue than price of file should be 50 not 20 .
@ M imran are you sure that d-12 is 50% populated??That files prices is because of no development…You know even gas work is not completed in d-12…They cant deliver it in 25 years,how will they make d-12 like F-11 in 3 years.It is and will remain merely a dream.

Haha it seems the joke of the day that d-12 is developed and will be like f-11. D-12 seems to be even 20 years away from reaching near f-11. Guys why dont u go and see village of d-12 by urself, d-12 has broken roads and seems to be a part of golra village ( i dont exactly know the name of village which us situated by d-12) with a lot of cows in vicinity.
D-12 is not developed dears… It will take some more years to be developed and populated…
Not 100% developed but D-12 is buildable and livable.
The village is Shah Allah Ditta. Personally, I like the signs of village around me. The fragrance of greenery and view of the mountains is great! Takes me back to my grandfather's village.
In the future, D-12 will be one of the most elite sectors of Islamabad. I have seen G-11 in much more under-developed state.
D-12 has serious under ground issues, is not like this?
If D-12 is livable, then, I-11, I-14 and I-14 are also developed and livable…
