wise suggestion needed in buying property in Model village kuri by CDA. Please advice me i am interested in buying property in Model Village. please let me know if someone holds a plot or file only owners. please property agents avoid. thanks
if you could hold for atleast 5-7 years than it could be great investment, but if you are looking it for short term gains than it may disappoint you. there are litigation and land issues so it may take time also development speed of CDA is well known to all.
thanks a lot for your guidance and prompt reply. i will defiantly keep in mind before investing in . private housing societies are nothing except cheating. i had/have a very bad experience with theses societies. there is no doubt CDA will take very long time to develop their sectors but whenever they do they really do according to all basic necessity required to live in.
