Well you have to submit the Card of bahria town at the Building and structural office in front of E sector and then they will tell you the full set of forms that need to be done few examples are.
Your inspection card should be fully signed
If you have open plots around then you should have the concrete outsite your outside wall
Now its mandatory to have home security system.
Inshort its not very simple process , its better to hire someone to complete all these requirements for completion.
