Nothing, They are over priced, One can still buy a better plot in the same sectors in much less price.
Yes but then one can easily say that the current prices of the plots will definately match that prices of cda? nd thus the current prices will increase alot
Prices may increase then e-12 will acquire a park enclave like sleeping status with no development for many years. Investors should dump their money and then forget about their money.
The plots are way overpriced. I don’t see any further increase due to these new CDA plots. Let see if they can really sell these plots. Regards
Xactly Ihsan you are 100 %right, at the moment the prices are at the peak so where would it be going any further ? Ultimately from now on the prices should stay or start declining … But the dilemma we face in Pakistan is there is no word of decline heard by us in any field & especially in Real Estate Sector
