Now a days people are very positive for AWT D-18. Should we also consider engineer housing society as a good option because it is also in D-18?
Yes Ahmad11, ECHS is also good option, and the interchange will certainly have a good impact on this as well.

Both are good investment options although AWT will take time to get populated hence I would favour ECHS. Only issue is ECHS is more expensive.
I also favor echs development work is better then awt connected to a populated sector already people start living there a govt school is under construction there site is very beautiful
So the preference will make the difference, i.e. Either u want for living or investment.
