Chances of surviving very small

Directing us the way
The possibility to live
yet another day.
Terror, I can feel it,
thick in this cold air
This iceberg has really
given us a scare.
We jump into the water
One by one we fall
until no one alive is on the ship
Not one
Nothing at all,
We swim, we float, we freeze
We fight the urge of darkness
But one by one, amongst the sleet
