Still i think Shokat sb. DHA 3 will gerlnerate more from here as compared to BT

5-Marla, DHA-3, Block-G might win the race if compared with Bahria Garden City only if its timely developed as per speculation of a long term investor.

For a person who wants to built a house and live there in near future, I wouldn't count on Block-G.

Dha-3 5 marla in 35 lakh without development charges if you add 8 to 10 lakh for development then become it 43 to 45 lakh.I don't think it good option for investment as it undeveloped.Don't trust Dha or Bahria in undeveloped area because map is still not final.Price already jump and next jump is very far.Dha-3 sector B is better option which is developed and with possession if you add more 15 to 25 lakh then go to safe option.

Thats a very very big "IF" brother...

DHA normally develop nothing... they take decades even if you see machinery all over it..

Dha 3 new pindi is right on top. There is no possesion since forever.

Also Dha 3 Sector A & B (serene city) are developed by bahria..
Till now not a single plot in dha 3 has been fully developed and handed over by dha. All that beautiful and serene work is done by Bahria.

Apart from dha 1 and dha 2. Look at DHA VALLEY, DHA 3, DHA 4 , DHA 5 , DHA 6... Only DHA 5 is half developed by DHA.

In my opnion dha is a graveyard for Non possesion plots.




As mentioned by Nadeem SB, Block B is a much better option for 5 Marla if you have additional 15 Lakh. I personally really like Block B. It has 50 feet wide streets even with 5 Marla plots.

What are the current 5 and 10 Marla estimated price in sector B, any idea? thanks
