I went their couple of months back,5 marla to me is useless,but 8 marla no doubt is a good bet ,construction quality is not bad,configuration is very good for a normal family including a servant quarter and all the necessary utilities,at the moment all clear file is approx around 50 lakh,only draw back is the access road,as going through the village makes you loose the charm in seconds,but price rise and demand is high in the market,dont have a clue about latest on access road
