I spoke to DHA Pesh official and he says results will be uploaded on monday.

Well a big number of applicants are unsuccessful, very strange? either they had very few plots or either something is wrong, it could be a dealer’s game…
There got to be a software database error etc as all applicant are unlucky so far I have checked over 100 now. And in all 350 LRE WhatsApp groups I have not seen a winner yet.
I have seen too many goof ups like this before in other DHA ballots too :) in DHA 7 ballot DHA gave two plots to each applicants and posted sheets too before I told them its flawed. I posts those two plots list online and than they were removed and than took DHA 3 days to fix that ballot :)
So no need to worry yet. Let me get manual lists asap.

4 apps and no success. Although i know people who got successful.

None of my friend got it, one of them had 6 apps.

Is there a possibility that one CNIC was considered only once during ballotting regardless of how many applications were submitted by him ??
Coz some ppl submitted just one and they got the plot
And few people submitted a lot (upto 20-25) but still unsuccessful
